  1. 26.2 🙂 I know because I ran one when I was 56 @ 8:10 pace (now 59). That’s nice! 10 miles before the kids get up. Let’s hope it’s not naked and barefoot. :)…I agree, even fast hiking a 40 day journey one could cover at least 10-20 miles a day. And with that super angel food, you know it’s got to be better than those nasty energy gels. 🙂
Nice presentation as always Joel! Keep up the good work and keep running! (Isa. 40:31)

  2. Thanks so much for this teaching. Joel I am sure the full consideration of differing arguments regarding the location of the real Mount Sinai are necessary, especially as it holds such an important place in the understanding of Jesus’ return which in itself has yet to be fully grasped and understood by the church. You refer to your teaching of where all this is leading, teaching you mention have sharing at Calvary Chapel South – https://vimeo.com/337155552 Could this overview be included on the Underground?

Many I am sure are wanting to know where this is leading, Jesus’ appearing being a period of time, as you say, and not just one event.

Surely there is revelation understanding to be grasped with the Holy Spirit’s help and I thank you for beginning to open my eyes, kindling that desire to look to Jesus amazing appearing. which needs to be our hope in the coming days of affliction.

Whilst the Old Testament gives us much detail may we realise the Revelation gives more detail, if it is rightly understood and Revelation 19 is part of this coming period of Jesus appearing. that the whole Revelation speaks of.

    Many thanks. Joel

  3. Joel, I agree with you that Jabal al Lawz is the real Mount Sinai. I came to this conclusion many years ago as a result of coming across information put out by Ron Wyatt. I then did a look using Google Earth and saw several of the items described in the Bible around the area – the split rock. The boundary markers, the top of the mountain looking as though it was scorched, etc. I came across an article that put out information from an Israelie researcher, that said what caused the top of the mountain to be scorched was an intense heat situated roughly 40 feet above it (if memory serves me correctly). Even Paul in the Bible says that Mt Sinai is in Arabia.

  4. Like Steve, I had also seen evidence for Mt. Sinai in Arabia from the work of Ron Wyatt and Jim and Penny Caldwell. I’m so grateful for Joel and others, like Ryan Mauro, for their recent trips and confirmation of what Ron and the Caldwells did previously. Not only that, but now we have high-definition drone footage of the site. It is too compelling to deny. After Israel, this would be the ultimate trip of a lifetime to visit! May the LORD preserve this evidence as a great witness for His glory in these days.

  5. Joel, could you explain the text of Isaiah 19: 1 “The burden of Egypt. Behold, the Lord rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.”

When does this occur? It would be in the process of your return. Those who maintain that Mount Sinai is located in Egypt use this text to argue
