I was very excited to see that my friend Chris Mitchell, the Middle East Bureau Chief for the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) has just released this new book. I was blessed to be able to read a pre-pub review copy. I cannot more highly recommend this book, (or anything that Chris has written). Not to mention that Chris Mitchell has an excellent show on CBN called “Jerusalem Dateline”.
I watch his show (Along with Erick Stakelbecks’ “Watchman” show every week or two.

I’m curious, I have cable…how does one get CBN? Is it thru an internet subscription like Beck TV? Or is it something else?

CBN is on the ABC Family Channel (cable) a couple times a day. Plus, they are on the Trinity Broadcasting Network TBN) each afternoon and various other TV Stations around the country. However, perhaps the best way to watch all the 700 Club shows, Chris Mitchell’s “Jerusalem Dateline,” and other programs is to go their website: http://www.cbn.com

Joel I am from the Redding, Ca area some churches in our area are really starting to push a lot of preterist teachings and along with it some deep anti Israel views. These teachers are going so far as to say Israel should not exist as a nation and has no future concerning prophecy or Gods plan. Many in this group call themselves New Covenant Theologians. Can you recommend some resources to combat this teaching.
My book that will be released in March is entirely about this issue.
