May the Lord’s manifest presence touch your wife’s body soul and spirit Joel. May his Grace strengthen you both at this time as you trust him. And your family’s hearts be encouraged in his near and eternal love.
That was an excellent explanation of ISA 26 and 66.
I know I’ve me filmed it before, but Job seals the deal, by informing us that we are not resurrected untill the heavens are no more ch14v12. Clearly after the tribulation.
May his hand uphold you all.
First, we will be praying for your wife’s healing and restoration.
Second, throughout this whole Revelation 12-September 23 confusion, you have provided very sound presentations on why this could not happen the way it is presented by a number of people. A couple of points that I do not believe you made, but which a pertinent are found in the Matt 24 passage as well. Jesus said that in such an hour as you think not I will come. Obviously since people were thinking September 23, it most likely was not going to occur then. Jesus also said that we cannot know the day or the hour of His return which scripture has been the bain of date setters since the beginning. Thank you for your great and well done presentations.
Third, I may or may not agree with you on many things, but that does not give me license to call you names or demean you. You make me think and that is worth watching and reading your materials.
The Lord bless you and keep you from all harm, particularly as you travel into very dangerous places.
Thank you Leo.
Indeed, next week, I will address the “no man knows the day or the hour” issue as that is a critical passage that, in light of yet another round of failed predictions, absolutely needs to be discussed.
Many blessings to you!
Joel
Hi Joel!
So appreciate your excellent study, reminded me of your equally excellent dvd study: “The Coming Battle for Jerusalem.”
It seems to me that it’s a small portion of the Church (at least the Western Church) that don’t hold to some form of Replacement theology…yet even within this small portion there are diverse beliefs about the future of Israel- ie are the Jewish people back in the Land for good, according to: Amos ch9 v 15, or is there future expulsion (and if so to what extent)…
Would you ever consider doing a study that clarifies which scriptures talk of the 100 year Aliyah for instance (ie- Ezekiel ch36 comes to mind- “the cities shall be inhabited and the waste places rebuilt”) which shows the modern ingathering of Jews from around the world, and which prophecies are “post-tribulational” ie as a result of Antichrist’s/Satan’s rage, as I think myself and others would find that very useful , especially in terms of how to pray for Israel in a balanced way…
As one who stands for Israel (which every believer should, as you so excellently point out in your book: “When a Jew rules the World”) I can see the flaws in what is called: “Israel’s inviolability” as this means Israel are relying on the arm of their might/forces ie the flesh etc and not the LORD of Hosts, yet at the same time I pray for an increase in the growing Body of Messiah in Israel and that God’s Spirit continues to be poured out on unsaved Jews as per Eze ch36…
Side note: Although unrelated to your study, just wanted to say, as a Brit, I’m shocked at the stance my government is taking regarding the Kurds. It seems we just sit back as Iraq/Iran/Turkey bully the Kurds…
Surely these people deserve “better friends than mountains” the Kurds are very much in my prayers…
Regarding your family situation Joel, I pray for a healing touch from the Lord for your wife and that as a family you have an increased shalom and comfort of the Holy Spirit.
As someone who is so grateful to how the Lord is using you, and has been so blessed through your ministry, I stand with your family in prayer knowing that: “the Spirit helps in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.” Rms ch8 v26
Blessings to you and your family

Praying for total and complete healing and feel the peace that passes all understanding . Love your heart brother!
Dear Joel,
We pray along with you and your family for the health of your wife. Psalm 91:11 — call upon the sons of God in the name of our Lord Jesus. Go into the doctor’s office with the courage of Joshua and Gideon, and may the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob be glorified in the healing of your wife and family.
The “rapture” and the Revelation 12 sign, as I see it, is a breakdown in hermeneutics. Jesus Christ is the central and primary character in the Bible. The child born of the virgin from Israel carries a rod of iron to rule the nations. We all know who that is. The Church is not the primary focus of Bible prophecy. Jesus wasn’t “similar” to Joseph, Judah and King David. They were forerunners of Christ. They shed light on his coming. The Feasts of the Lord were rehearsals for Israel to meet their Messiah and Savior. The last book of the Bible is the Revelation of JESUS CHRIST.
Some have said that this stellar alignment matches up only with events from 3915 BC and 3 BC. If that’s so, then this happened the first time to remind Satan of the coming of the Seed of the Woman. And it happened the second time to announce the birth of the Seed of the Woman. And If this sign has happened in just those years, then such a sign in 2017 reminds us of the soon return of the Seed of the Woman. It’s all about Jesus Christ. The Bible has always been about Jesus Christ. Revelation isn’t primarily about the church, nor the rapture of the Church. The Heavens don’t declare the Church, the Heavens declare the glory of God, glory that shines bright like the sun. The type of glory adorned in many crowns, with eyes burning like fire and with a name written that only he himself knows.
And it is in his name, the name above all other names, that we pray for Joel’s family and the health and protection of his wife. Lord Jesus, as in the cloud at the Mercy Seat, as with Joshua and Jericho, make your presence felt with our brother and place your hand upon his wife. Casting all our cares upon you, for you care for us.
Dear Father, in the name of Yeshua your Son, please heal Mrs. Richardson and keep all their kids well and happy and surrounded by good friends.
Dispensationalism is the basis of the pre-tribulation rapture. They strongly argue against the grafting argument. They strongly separate Israel from the Church.
Another way of approaching it:
The rapture verses of 1 Thessalonians 4:15-17 doesn’t tells us the timing of the rapture in relation to the tribulation. But verse 18 does tell us the timing of the rapture in relation to the resurrection. “The dead in Christ will shall first” (verse 18). Thus, the rapture must be after the resurrection. Revelation 20:4-5 clearly teaches that the “FIRST resurrection” is after the tribulation. Therefore, the rapture must be after the tribulation based solely on these two simple passages. The order of events must be the tribulation, then the resurrection, then the rapture.
Well stated Philip.
I rejoice in Our LORD for answered prayer. My wife is seeing a cardiologist tomorrow, for a heart valve problem she is 78. Oct 20th is our 27th anniversary.
Gal 6:14
But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
Praise God for your wife’s great report!!! I faced the same thing and God delivered me, too!! Just have to praise Him!!!!!

Prayers for your wife Shawn. Blessings to you both during this time.
Excellent News !
Better than excellent. Thanks again for your prayers. The Lord is good.
Hello Joel,
Very sad to hear about your wife having breast cancer, my desire through this time is that you may both see God face to face and experience an Intimacy you have never seen before. It is also sad to see just how much you have been ridiculed for Trusting in the words that came out of the mouth of Jesus and many others in the Word of God.
Be encouraged Brother for you are having a Greater Impact with your Honesty in Gods Word compared to the critical words of some,
I have watched you for the last 10 Years and have enjoyed watching you grow in the Lord and your hearts desire to see what God says.
The world needs the Light of Gods Word to shine and you are one of the Lamps Burning.
I must say that I really enjoyed this Video mostly because you dug into Gods Word and revealed some Beautiful Treasures of Truth, the Obsession with the rapture has caused many to turn away from Gods Word rather than looking what God states.
Paul states so clearly in 1 Thessalonians 4 that the Resurrection of the Dead takes place first and then TOGETHER those that are Resurrected and those that had their bodies changed are raptured (Siezed and moved) to meet Jesus in the Air.
The Resurrection is the event that takes place before we are raptured up from the Earth.
Be encouraged Joel.
I Love you man.
I loved your simple input too Philip regarding Resurrection First then Rapture.
Hi David,
Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. We finally got the final pathology report back and her tumor is benign after all. The first doctor was indeed wrong. So we are truly beyond relived and praising God.
Blessings,
Joel
YASSS!
Indeed.
Thank you Joel for being a good shepherd and having the guts to be honest in a world that increasingly prefers to have its ears “tickled”. I thought you did an excellent job of lovingly pointing out the errors of this latest prediction for the rapture. All this name-calling among Christians only gives the real scoffers more ammunition.
I am very sorry to hear about your wife’s health. I pray that the doctors will have been mistaken. My pastor’s wife just finished treatment for that very thing. I believe her (and her husband’s) lives were, and still are, a shining testimony to all those they came in contact with. Earlier this year I came across this song: “Eye of the Storm (feat. GabeReal)” by Ryan Stevenson. This song has been, and still is, an encouragement to me (I prefer the full version over the radio version), hope it will be to you as well. “Same Power” by Jeremy Camp is also an incredible song.
Joel I thank God the news is good for your wife.
I need a little help understanding how this post-tribulation rapture agrees with the pre-wrath perspective which I thought meant that the church was not present for the entire judgment of the tribulation.
Thanks. Appreciate your work.
Your scholarship on this subject is so sound, and so well-supported by the internal evidence of Scripture in so many places, I can’t imagine why anyone would challenge the truth of a post-Trib rapture. I suppose we have 1970s pop eschatology to thank for popularizing a pre-Trib rapture, but also our own flesh. Who wouldn’t want to escape hardship? But by what right should we have expect to? True, we aren’t “appointed to wrath” from the Father, but there’s no promise that we won’t feel the wrath of Antichrist. Noah and his family went through the horrors of the Flood; many of the prophets were slain; all but one Apostle was martyred; the church endured great persecution for hundreds of years; Protestants suffered at the hands of Rome; and so on. If they hated our Lord Jesus, they will hate us. I’d be worried if they didn’t.
Anyway, thanks very much for this episode, and for all you do to edify the Body!
