1. Joel – I got John H.’s book just before Christmas and started it – now in chapter 3 – real meat. I liken it to reading from George Peter’s book on the Kingdom (took me 5 years of labor) – so much scripture quoted and such solid content. I can see this as a very good foundation for some strong discipleship training for a small group. Thanks for recommending this months ago. And thanks for all the interviews you’ve been doing – really enjoyed them.

   Hey brother! May the Lord bless you! I do want to say that I plan on getting & reading this book. I have some dear & precious brethren I know who lean towards an Amillineul &/or Partial Preterist view. I do think it’s an unfair broad brush how some paint them as “anti-Semites” or the “cause for the rise of Hitler”, etc. I think that may be taking it a little far. I have heard some of their arguments out & they do make some interesting notes on passages of scriptures if you follow down the rabbit holes. However, some things just don’t pass the “sniff test” (discernment/witness/however you define it) to me & though I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, I am reading, studying & praying about these things. I do consider myself a Pre-Mil/Post-Trib guy, but even Michael Brown is respectable friends & can interview & love a Sam Storms, so I think some of the rhetoric out there is “extreme” in stereotyping & creating an “us vs them” effect. Anyways, I would like to know the best resources you are aware of that specifically address the best Amillinealists’ arguments from a Pre-Mil perspective. Looking forward to meeting you at the OneKing trip this year & hopefully all spending some good quality time together fellowshipping, praying, worshipping & ministering together! Keep your hand to the plow. Also, I am praying about myself & another brother here in our home fellowship going to the local mosque here in Albuquerque, NM to attend “Why Islam?” Classes to meet, befriend, & look for opportunities to share Christ with Muslims. I don’t know if you know any other brethren who have done this or have any advice, experience, or reference materials you recommend as well (I read Islamic Antichrist)? The Lord has even given me a couple dreams about this very matter of Islam gaining tremendous ground here in the days ahead & the opportunities to be His witness even in this land of America, & the potential “cross carrying” that I believe is ahead for the church here. 5. Joel, I am totally blown away by this book. I read parts of the e-book that John had at his site. The timing could not be better. The concepts as I was reading though it was “that is what I have been wondering about” so many times in just what I was reading. Being one who loves Christian History and the mission work that was laid in places like in Ireland, the Moravian movement, the Puritans and also in the early church along with reading Messianic Judaic literature, I was finding this tension that I could not explain or put into words. John does this tremendous job in drawing out those deep waters. Highly, recommending this to others.

6. I have received more understanding from the Introduction in John’s book than I sometimes get after reading entire books. This is destined to become a classic, and will provide a plumbline leading many back to the “faith that was once delivered to the saints.”

   We are certainly not saying that every Amillennialist or Postmillennialist is an anti-Semite. Of course, not. Many great folks out there that fall in this category. However, replacement theology most certainly has paved the way for a vast amount of the anti-Semitism and outright persecution, violence, and murder throughout Church history. This is not simply my opinion, I demonstrate it quite clearly in my book When a Jew Rules the World. But in no way would we infer that all amillennialists today hate Jews etc.

   The I2Ministries material is perfect for what you are thinking about.

14. Joel, would it be possible for you to get some of your best selling most important books onto vyrso.com ?
    I ask this for several reasons. Logos Bible Software is used a lot by Biblical scholars, pastors, and serious students of the word and I noticed your books aren’t there. It’s sometimes difficult to get books onto Logos, but Vyros is much easier to get your books onto and any book purchased on Vyros will transfer over to Logos. This means someone can read your book on Logos and click on all the Scriptural links and do deep word linguistical studies on your material. I just thought it couldn’t hurt to throw it out there, the other reason is I believe the body of Messiah really needs to hear some of the things you have to say in your books.

    The true nature of the beast, a theology of suffering and being willing to witnesses for the Lord even if it costs us our lives, God’s purposes with Israel in the last days, the government being upon the shoulders of the Judean, King David’s descendant Yeshua, the millennial kingdom.

    All that will reach a greater audience if it makes it on Logos or Vyrso.

15. Amillennialism & Preterism are like Islam in the sense that not all Muslims hate Jews, many are just born into that false belief system by no fault of their own, but the false belief system does give rise to hatred of Jews.

19. This is an interesting topic, since I come from a Mormon background, where they have always taught that the heaven is physical and consists of multiple levels. They speak of a planet Kolob, referred to in the Book of Abraham, which they regard as scripture. Some of their “authorities” believe these heavenly planets exist near the center of the galaxy. I guess, from that perspective, up would always be toward the center of the galaxy and down would be toward the very outer edges of the galaxy, where Earth is situated.

    Not that I’m advocated that view, since I have no real idea. But, it is ironic that we say heaven is “up” when where up is changes constantly as we spin on the Earth axis. However, if we place those physical plains at a point, such as the galactic center, then it makes more sense and “up” is not a changeable location based on rotation. In other words, by “up” having a fixed location, it ceases to be ambiguous in a 3D universe. It is only ambiguous in a geocentric context.
