  1. Thank you, Joel. You are right on the mark and I praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for your teachings of truth. As one who has lived in the Middle East for several years and studied Islam more than six, I pray that all who read and watch your teachings may take them to heart.

  2. Its been a long time coming, Joel…and possible spiritual warfare at work because of the many delays for the release as well for those who need to understand the truth. And perhaps if they will not read books like yours they will be convinced if they view documentaries, including my own senior pastor. Another outreach tool to awaken the Body of Christ from perpetual prophetic slumber of the nearness of Messiah Jesus’s return. I am praying this is profoundly effective to many church bodies, including my own church home.

    Blessings!

  3. Looking forward to this. I had emailed to several people Samuel Clough’s latest video, “Immorality, Islam, and America ? Lessons from Habakkuk”. I had an response from a friend who said, “I do believe in judgment of nations, but we aren’t at the top of the list and the church here is the strongest in the world.” My response was that the church is the strongest when it is under persecution. And how does a strong church allow abortion and homosexuality to become mainstream? I reminded her of the Lord’s words to the church in Laodicea: “Yet I hold this against you: you have such an exaggerated opinion of your importance and effectiveness, that it has become misleading. You are not even close to being the church that you think you are.”

Recently our pastor preached on Daniel 7:25 and Islam and where the AC will come form, but then concluded by saying that all we need to know about end times prophecy is that Jesus is going to win. In a sermon a few weeks earlier he said that since he doesn’t understand the meaning of the vials and trumpets and bowls in Revelation, he isn’t going to teach on it. Are all these prophecies just taking up so many words?

  4. Looking forward to this, showing the signs of Christ’s soon return.
For most pastors and Christian leaders, history is repeating itself.

Matthew 16:2-3 ESV He answered them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’ (3) And in the morning, ‘It will be stormy today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.

  5. Hello Joel,

Praying and waiting… will order as soon as they are available. May the Lord multiply your efforts a thousand times over… God Bless.

  6. How I look forward to seeing your work and labor of love, with the upcoming film. Thank you for reminding the world that Yeshua is LORD, and He’s coming soon!

In future articles at Joel’s Trumpet, would it be possible to hear an assessment of the book “Temple”, by Robert Cornuke. His arguments for the original temples of Solomon and Herod being located in The City of David site, and NOT at its currently believed spot of The Temple Mount, seem very very compelling to me. He offers credible arguments Biblically, practically, archeologically, historically, that the contemporary Temple Mount was NOT the place where Solomon erected God’s magnificent sanctuary. It would appear that if this information were to be believed by Israel, a huge obstacle (humanly speaking) would be removed for the rebuilding of the Temple.

Cornuke avers that the contested Temple Mount was really the site of a Roman Garrison, that housed and served 6,000 to 10,000 people. He makes a strong, logical case, backed up with interesting historical clues.

What deeply arrests my attention is the fact that Yeshua said “…NOT ONE STONE will be left upon another” of the Temple. But just look at the Wailing Wall – with (apparently) its hundreds and hundreds of stones! HOW DOES ONE WHO BELIEVES CHRIST’S WORDS EXPLAIN THAT?

Cornuke points out, via an historical record, that centuries ago pilgrim Christians doubted the present Temple Mount site as being authentic, because of what our Savior told His Jewish disciples. The document says local unbelievers maligned such doubts as mere floundering attempts, by Christian pilgrims, to defend Christ’s accuracy, in His prophecy of the dismantled stones.

Cornuke’s “Temple” is well researched and seems, to me, to contain a minimum of speculation in the matter of the Temple’s original location (even though the end of the book contains a more speculative discussion on the Ark of the Covenant, which was not compelling to me).

I would love to hear the reactions of those who have read his book. And — good news — it’s available on Kindle and can be obtained instantly for thoughtful perusal.

  7. Apologies for an error of memory I made in the above post about the book “Temple.” I mistakenly said that LOCALS in Jerusalem accused Christian pilgrims of doubting the Temple Mount site as authentic, because they were defending Jesus’ words about the stones.

In fact, that explanation was offered by archaeologist Meir Ben-Dov. Here is how Cornuke reports it:

“During the Byzantine era, a strange thing occurred in Jerusalem. Pilgrims poured in to see the biblical sites, but almost nothing is said about the temple location. If the temple is mentioned at all, it is usually described only as being in total devastation. To explain away early recordation (of total ruin) by these Byzantine visitors in relation to the temple, archaeologist Meir Ben-Dov said, ‘It was important to the Byzantines that the /Temple Mount/ remain in ruins as tangible evidence that Jesus’ prophecy of the Temple’s destruction had been borne out.’ 7 ….I believe, however, that the Byzantines knew full well that the temple was indeed destroyed and that the over ten thousand stones still standing from the Roman fort were just that — remnants of Fort Antonia of the Tenth Roman Legion.” (p. 937,ff., of Kindle edition of “Temple,” Robert Cornuke, published 2014)

  8. As a result of David Lincoln’s post, I checked smile.amazon.com (the charity donation arm of Amazon.com giant) and that web site is also taking pre-orders and states the same release date of October 27. For those of you who shop with Amazon, if you order through smile.amazon.com, Amazon will donate .5% of your purchase to your favorite charity. All you need to do is designate which charity your want the donation to go to and Amazon will automatically send the proceeds to them. But your charity must sign up with Amazon first for this to take place and make you aware of it. This is the only way I shop with Amazon and I wanted to recommend this to Joel’s posters for another method to purchase the film.

However, many of us our waiting to see when Joel will offer his film directly from his own web site. Joel?

    Blessings!

  9. Joel,

I just discovered you (yesterday)/ I am reading your book right now (on page 80 so far) – Mideast Beast

I am pretty studied on this topic, and so far, your insights are spot on. My dad is a scholar in this matter and he too is reading this book. We are discussing together and find joy in Christ doing so.

Very much looking forward to your video project, and will be following your work / progress from here on.
